I would recommend Carol to anyone who needed transcription services. She worked to transcribe a significant number of interviews I suddenly found myself needing in a week's time. I thought this request world not only be impossible to fulfill, but the cost would be prohibitive. To my surprise she was able to accommodate my right schedule and her pricing was more than competitive. Carol reached out and explained how she worked and the investment of time each recording world require for transcription. She was extremely professional. I felt quite comfortable with her skills and ability to deliver. She completed the documents before the deadline and I cannot say enough about the quality. I am very pleased. On a personal note I can tell you Carol is extremely personable and accessible. I was able to reach her by phone or email whenever I had a question. I know I was her first thumbtack customer, but she has years of professional experience outside this particular app marketplace. I expect in the months ahead her reviews will steadily increased as more people learn of her great work.
