Mario gave us a fair quote and we on a date and time for him to powerwash our house. Both my wife and I are very pleased with the job that Mario did. The house looks like new. We referred him to a neighbor and he is going to powerwash her house also. I would definitely recommend Mario for any handyman job that you might need. We will call him when the need arises.

Mario's quote was better than all the others. As such I had second thoughts. But when I met him he was just very professional. After he looked at the main job I was interested in (which was putting in three ceiling fans), I was telling him about an electrical problem in our dinette. In less than 15 minutes he fixed that and did not even charge me. I knew he would be the best choice, and I was right. The work for the ceiling fans was far more complex than anticipated, but he never complained and never asked for more money than the quote. I decided to pay him extra because he did such great work, cleaned up after himself, was punctual, and was always working hard. I plan on using Mario on other projects around our house.
