As stated on our initial contact through Thumbtack, we do not give emailed quotes. We find a time in which both parties agree to meet and give up front pricing, which we did in this case. Your problem was more than minimal and we did explain before we even started how we price diagnostic repairs. We were given the go ahead and performed what we quoted. We always have our customers sign once done for their approval and receive payment. You were having an issue with two overhead lights and could not figure out why they were not working. We took both down, checking the wiring, added bulbs once fixed and were on site for quite some time. The work was not minimal as we had to diagnose what was actually causing the fixtures not to work. In addition, our company offers a Home Safety Check up with any work performed. These inspections are normally priced around $100 which would have been an additional boost to your work performed, however you chose not to take the time to have performed. We are sorry you did not appreciate our service and hope that in the future you would reconsider using our company for your needs. Thank you for allowing us to work for you.
