- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We utilize a transparent pricing model that is pegged to the BLS and standard construction time expectations. no paying a premium just because it looks like you can afford it. We also provide financing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we prefer a walkthrough to understand your tastes and then a design consultation in the showroom to get your direction decided and start selecting materials and plans. we finish with a full walkthrough and plan review with our team to ensure everyone is on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years in the remodel construction space, 8 years in aviation maintenance mangement and testing, MBA, 8 years in real estate space, 3 years of interior design school, 2 years of architecture schooling.
