FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly pricing is set fair, firm and to compete. However-there’s more than one way to skin a cat and when needed, I’m open to recommending/discussing any possible alternative routes that would ACCOMPLISH OUR GOAL that also FIT YOUR BUDGET BEST.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon initial greeting, & when necessary-I like to sit down either in person or on the phone with a notepad and learn everything I can about what is expected. I have an eye and mind for design and if the customer is open, I happily offer any suggestions that could potentially add value or save ⏱/💵 without jeopardizing the integrity of the project. I then formulate an itemized estimate in detail with a scheduled time for completion, present the worksheet to my potential valued customer and address any questions/concerns they may have before promptly getting to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Unfortunately, the school of hard knocks doesn’t issue diplomas. It does however, require you minor in Customer Care & Consideration. I have the tools, the transportation and the ability to obtain any information if not currently installed.
