I called Jessica to do a simple plumbing job. She assured me that she could do it and that it would be done quickly. She replaced a section of drainpipe in the crawl space and she said if there were any problems she would come back in fix it. The next day it was leaking. When I contacted her about the problem she seemed to be accusing me of not letting the glue dry which I did. She said she was out of town and she would come back and take a look when she got back. She never returned. She has not responded to messages and has hung up on me. I still have a leaky pipe and she has not even offered to give me a refund. I have reported her to the better business bureau and will now have to hire someone else to fix the mess she made.

My experience was very good. I had a bedroom that One wall that I stripped three layers of wallpaper with damage to the drywall. She repaired large areas and skim coated before painting room and walk in closet. She painted the ceiling and trim. She was finished in 1 1/2 days. Nice clean up. I will use her again. Price was good for all she did and I didn't have to hire a drywall man.

Jessica set up interview on June 17 th Earl but had to reschedule due to personal issues.She reset appointment for 3:00 and did not show or call.I called her at 3:33 to check up with her.She said hello.I asked what was going on.She hung up the phone!
She is obviously not a professional nor has basic cordial manners.
She wasted my time which is my money.
I would never consider or refer her for any project.
