- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually project how long it will take me to accomplish a project, then go with my hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I get a call saying the something has already happened or something needs to be fixed right away. In which case I would also help a new client understand how the situation came to b;e and then how to avoid in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have A college degree and several certifications pertaining to network and computer management . A+, NET+, MCP, MCITP, MCSA, MCTS, Microsoft Speciallist SCCM.
