- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very competitive and reasonable rates. All out services come with a 2 hour minimum. We also charge a flat rate of $80 for truck fee for moves under 25miles.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer decides to go with us we will call the customer to schedule or the customer can also call us to schedule a time and at that time we get more information and fill out a work order.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Vast experience in the industry. 10 plus year. Am a college graduate and i decided running my own moving company by providing service beyond customers expectations to be more fulfilling than sitting behind a desk. All my employees have been with me for over 5 years and we all work as team.
