Joe was absolutely fantastic. Cannot recommend him enough! Cooked for my wife's birthday for 10 of us and EVERYONE was blown away by the food. Joe is professional and and a lot of fun. He took over the kitchen and worked his magic and left it cleaner than he found it. This was not just a good meal but a wonderfully plated and presented full dinner. If you hire Joe for your event you will not be disappointed!

My friend remodeled her kitchen and she wanted to have a special event to "break it in". I suggested finding a chef to cook a meal for us. We found chef Joe on Thumbtack. We hired Chef Joe to cook a five course meal for four couples. It was AMAZING and everyone loved it. Each course was full of flavor and fresh ingredients that were infused with his southern charm and french cooking training. He explained each dish and his sues chef was adorable and very professional. We would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Chef Joe and team exceeded our high expectations with the 5 course dinner for 8 they prepared and served our our house on NYE. The menu was well designed in collaboration with ourselves in advance, and food was great on the night. Nice people too. Professional, interactive, fun. We had a really good time and would do again. Great value for when looking to make a night in (with kids in bed) more interesting and fun with friends.

We recently hired them for our office holiday party, and it was a HUGE HIT! Joe was super responsive and answered all of my questions. They were even able to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets for our group. They showed up early to set up and were extremely professional. Everyone loved the surprise of having a taco truck at the party! Guests were standing outside freezing just to get more tacos! Thank you to Joe and his crew for an amazing event! We look forward to having you guys at our next party! We highly recommend them!

Client and chef talk together. They discuss what they are looking for the type of party and people involved. They discuss food likes and dislikes and any allergies. From there they pick a menu for the evening.
