Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I treat each client individually. Different people respond differently to workouts and nutritional habits. Each client is unique, and I find what works best for that person. Enjoyable, yet effective workouts are what I aim to provide for each client. Above all else, I enjoy being able to help clients reach their goals. Whatever it may be, nothing beats the look on a client's face when they realize they have accomplished something they once thought they couldn't.

Brock is an excellent trainer. I have had other trainers in the past and have never had as positive an experience as I have had with him. He is professional, knowledgable, respectful and is an excellent motivator. He gives 100% of himself when he is with you. He genuinely cares about helping you reach your goals. I have always been uncomfortable with the "gym experience", Brock immediately made me feel at ease. He is the best out there !!!

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Fitness assessments. Program development. Nutrition assessment and planning. Individual sessions.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find somebody that is not only an experienced trainer, but someone who you can get along with. The most knowledgable, seasoned trainer will be no good for you if you cannot develop a relationship based on trust and comfort with each other

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Personal training is not just simply telling someone to do crunches and sit-ups. It involves getting to know your clients, their goals, their strengths and weaknesses, and what they respond to physically, emotionally, and nutritionally.
