FAQs

Fitness assessments. Program development. Nutrition assessment and planning. Individual sessions.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find somebody that is not only an experienced trainer, but someone who you can get along with. The most knowledgable, seasoned trainer will be no good for you if you cannot develop a relationship based on trust and comfort with each other
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Personal training is not just simply telling someone to do crunches and sit-ups. It involves getting to know your clients, their goals, their strengths and weaknesses, and what they respond to physically, emotionally, and nutritionally.
