Our pricing is transparent and based on your event type, location, and setup needs. We offer both drop-off and attended selfie booth options, with travel fees for locations outside the Lexington or Dayton areas. We also offer special pricing for nonprofit events. You can view available packages and book directly on our booking website. Not sure which option fits your event best? - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients can book directly online at on our booking website by selecting their event type, date, and preferred package. All pricing and details are listed for easy selection. Once you book, you'll receive a confirmation email and a required contract—all clients must sign the contract after booking to secure their date. She Snaps is operated by two business owners, so you’ll hear from one of us directly to confirm logistics and any customizations. Whether you choose a drop-off or attended booth, we keep things smooth and professional—so you can relax and enjoy your event while we capture the fun!

We have backgrounds in event planning, project management, and hospitality, which help us deliver a smooth and stress-free experience for every client.
