- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the client and find out what their story is. What drives you? What are your passions? What do you want the reader to walk away knowing about you?What is your typical workflow and what type of communication are you most comfortable with?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master’s Degree in Journalism from New York University, and a Bachelor’s in English Literature from a small liberal arts college. I have 13 years of professional writing and editing experience ranging from working at CNN to trade association publications. I am currently editor-in-chief at a magazine for professionals with a circulation of 16,000. I am a member of ACES: The Society for Editing.
