- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to "interview" my clients - develop an understanding of their voice, the value they are trying to convey and their public. Storytelling is a collaborative effort - whether it is a resume, a presentation, a bio, a book, a website or social media. One must first understand their client's end goals before they can write for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a natural born writer. Honed my craft in the corporate communication world for C-Suite execs. Crafted personal histories for private clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When a company downsizing set me free, I decided to follow my true north calling and write full time.
