FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and based on the type and complexity of the project. I offer competitive rates for real estate photography, aerial drone shots, and 360° virtual tours. There are no hidden fees—what you see is what you get. I also offer discounts for multiple property shoots or recurring work with real estate agencies. Travel fees may apply for locations outside my regular service area, but I always communicate that in advance. I’m happy to provide custom quotes to fit your needs and budget.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always been passionate about photography and tech, but what really got me started was seeing how many real estate listings had low-quality or boring photos—and how that hurt their chances of selling. I started helping out friends and local agents by taking better pictures with my camera and drone, and the results spoke for themselves: more interest, faster sales, and happier clients. That’s when I realized there was real value in what I was doing. So I invested in professional equipment, including 360° cameras and drones, and turned this into a full-time business. What started as a side hustle is now something I take seriously and love doing every day.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Customers should consider what type of content they need—standard photos, drone shots, 360° virtual tours, or a mix of everything. It’s also helpful to think about how soon they need the final deliverables, the size and condition of the property, and whether there are any specific features they want to highlight. Knowing the budget range and how the content will be used (MLS, social media, print, etc.) can also help professionals provide the best recommendations and pricing. The more details you share, the better the final result will be.
