- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price it’s very fair we understand economy and how family been tightening on money we get lots of customers because our price after they been shopping around we been told that many many time We don’t charge any fees each project is different price after free estimate? Discounts start after 5 bathtubs in same location such hotels apartments etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat our customers new and old same as family and after service is very important to us we highly believe in word-of-mouth so new customers will be welcomed and they will feel like they been worked with SRT before even if they first time SRT. Very friendly Work environment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have degree and interior and exterior designer also certificate of completion Paint and Solutions Florida, & west chemical plus many years of experience
