- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very fare. When dealing with a larger business, customers are paying for overhead. I'm able to save customers unnecessary cost, and in most cases provide a more personalized service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I'm contacted by a customer, I set up an appointment for an estimate. After the estimate is completed and/If the project terms are accepted, the work is then scheduled. After all work is compete according to the agreement, payment is collected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked on everything from foundations to chimney flashings for over 25 years
