- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Carpet Chemist provides FREE phone estimates, and will ask a few easy questions to try and get you the best possible estimate, without actually being able to see the carpet. When dealing with a carpet repair issue such as a pet clawing up the carpet, or a bleach spill, you can even text us a picture or two, and we can give you an estimate right over the phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The Carpet Chemist will ask a few easy questions about our client's carpet needs. We give FREE phone estimates and treat each and every customer as if they're our one and only client...because without them, there would be no Carpet Chemist. Did you know you can actually hear someone smile on the phone? That's right! We train our office staff to answer the phone with a "Desire to Help" tone in their voice, and to actually smile when they answer the phone! We love answering questions about wrinkly carpet and pet odor issues, so you never have to feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. Helping people is where we get our kicks!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every employee of The Carpet Chemist, including our office staff is required to go through a rigorous "Carpet Repair & Cleaning boot camp," before they even answer their first phone call, or go to their first job in the field. All employees are IICRC Certified in Carpet Repair & Cleaning upon completion of training.
