Unfortunately, Kimberly cancelled on me one night, and then no showed the next day.
I made arrangements with her to come by and clean my home for a move out at 1:30 pm. The night before she was scheduled to come out, I asked her if she could make 3:30 instead of 1:30. She said that she would be able to come at 3. The day of the cleaning, she texted me half an hour before scheduled time to say that she would be around 4:30. I said that was fine. At 5:00 she texted to say that she wasn't able to make it that evening. Although this inconvenienced me terribly, as my walk through was scheduled to be the next day, I was patient and told her I understood that life circumstances happened. We agreed that she would come by the following morning instead.
Today was that day. Not only did Kimberly not show up, she did not bother to text or call me either. Despite my several texts throughout the day, she never replied back.
Kimberly is not reliable. She is an ineffective communicator. And if you have any sort of schedule to adhere to whatsoever, I would not trust her to make sure that your home is clean by a certain date or time. Although things do come up, it is unacceptable to be hired for a job and then not only not show up, but not communicate that with the person who was relying on you to come do that job.

Completely False. I'm sorry that I couldn't accommodate Virginia because she had more the time a couple of times because they weren't ready for me to come. I couldn't arrange my end starting at 4 or 5 because that would put me finishing up at 8 - 9pm and I'm a mom of 4. Our original agreement was me starting at 1:30 pm Wednesday. Tuesday night at midnight I received a text from Virginia and she asked that I come later on Wednesday. I TOLD HER THAT I WOULD DO EVERYTHING I COULD TO ACCOMMODATE HER BUT NO GUARANTEES.
