Garry was right on time to the job sight yesterday, surveyed the area to be cleaned, discussed what he thought would work best, answered my questions about the process, and got right to work. He first vacuumed the carpet thoroughly and then pre-sprayed the the whole carpet, going over the trouble spots with extra spray. After a few minutes to allow the pre-spray to work, he began the low-moisture cleaning process. He took his time over the whole apartment, not rushing the work, which I truly appreciated. When he was done, the carpet and apartment both smelled fresh and clean, not like perfume. Following Gary's instructions, I allowed the carpets to further dry for an hour or so and then vacuumed again to pull out any leftover encapsulated soil. The carpet was nearly dry in an hour and looked nearly new! The work quality was great! The price was exactly what Gary quoted online and over the phone and very reasonable. Garry and Stat Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in our home. We had A LOT of pet stains, and they are completely gone! The carpets look transformed. I'm so impressed and so happy with the results. Will be hiring Stat again!

Garry was great through the whole process and especially with his actual work. He anticipated 4-5 hours of work and spent 8 hours without taking a break or going for lunch at NO extra cost. We just purchased the house and the carpet was very neglected and had several serious stains but no pets. Garry worked very hard trying to make the carpet the best that could humanly possible be and I feel he succeeded doing so. Everything Garry said he would do he did from the time showing up and to the cost. Which was a very reasonable price for the time and effort that he extended to cleaning the carpet. I have already been handing out his business cards to family and friends recommending Garry for their Carpet cleaning needs. On a scale of 1-10 Garry was a 12 at least.

Stat Carpet Cleaning is always pleased to meet new customers. We are happy to answer questions related to our prices, cleaning services, and equipment. After you have made a decision to use upon arrival at your home or business we always conduct a walk-through where we learn about any problems, and address concerns. Our goal is always to ensure we make things as convenient a possible for our customers while providing great service!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of Stat Carpet Cleaning had a small janitorial business on the side while working in warehouse management for about 7 years prior to starting Stat Carpet Cleaning. This formed the foundation for eventually starting the business. In early 2016, Garry the owner of Stat Carpet Cleaning began researching, demoing, and signing up for training courses including IICRC. The business is now close to two years running and we are happy to say we have received excellent reviews and support from Louisville, and the surrounding areas.
