Very professional, gave me great value for the work. I was afraid I’d have to replace the entire ac unit, but they found the part and replaced it for a lot less than I had expected! Perry was my initial contact and he was great. Devin did the work and was also great. Both men explained exactly what they were looking at and how the job was done, and gave me maintenance tips on how to extend the life and quality of my unit. 10/10, would use again!

We had an amazing experience with Temperature Pro. Kelly was our technician and he was very honest and knowledgeable. We were beyond satisfied with his services. Unfortunately he found that some previous technicians from different companies had sabotaged a few things to make it where we would need more work or a brand new unit. I was quoted as much as $12000 to replace our unit. Kelly got us up and running for less than $1000. We signed up for 18 months of maintenance with Temperature Pro. I would highly recommend this company. They were also very quick to get in touch with me and scheduled me for the same day. Thank you Temperature Pro!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. We utilize a diagnostic fee to come evaluate your system & comfort needs when there is a problem at hand. Once evaluated and if a problem is detected, we use flat rate pricing to deliver a solution. This helps our customers know what the bottom line price is for a repair, on the spot. Our sales visits are completely complimentary, as is our Indoor Air Quality analysis solution.
