Thank you for your feedback. I will list everything on or deep cleaning list here. You wanted the cracks cleaned behind your doors. No where on my deep cleaning list does it say we clean the cracks of the door. You wanted some black spots removed from behind each door that weren't even coming off. This company has been running for years and clean for one of the top real-estate companies in Louisville ky daily. We don't have a problem. You also allowed someone to get into the shower after we cleaned one bathroom and then asked us to clean it again because he left hair in the bathroom. Yes, I used a broom to sweep everything out of the cracks on the floor. You wanted your bed made and we don't make beds. It's never been on my list, ever. You wanted to do things that were never on my deep cleaning list. I also sent you the list weeks before. Also, if you felt it wasn't good, why leave that amount of tip you left? We cleaned your house on July 14th, and that floor shouldn't be sticky it's now July 28th. Also, even after I swept everything out, the cracks we vacuumed. Normally, I take before and after pictures, but I didn't because it's your private home. My pictures and videos on my website speak volumes of our work.
