Eric showed up on time and replaced the flooring in our bathroom. He had to remove and replace the toilet in order to lay the vinyl. The following morning (Sunday) there was a little water around the base of the toilet. We contacted Eric and he came right out and replaced the inlet pipe. That afternoon we noticed water again and Eric came out again and replaced the wax ring with a double wax ring and new hold-down nut. Now all looks good and we are very pleased with his work and his responsiveness to the problem. In spite of these issues, we would definitely hire him again and I have recommended him to a friend who needs a little handy-work around her house. He was easy to work with and very courteous and friendly.
