- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I like to setup a meeting with them to see what their vision is of the event to plan. This is to ensure that the event runs smooth and to make sure everyone is on the same page. This is also to familiarize myself with the client to get a vibe of what they're looking for to see if there are any requests etc. I like to be prepared for the event so I create playlists of songs that will be played during the beginning, middle, and end of the event to ensure there is no confusion and is run smoothly.

What is your vision for my event? What is your recommendation for what I am looking for? How do you want to setup/which location do you think is best? What have your previous clients done?
