- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a pricing system. I will go over that with clients at our initial meeting. I pride myself on referral and word of mouth reputation. PR1 Promotions has maintained a 96% annual referral rate for over 6 years. Each situation provides unique opportunity for discounts and savings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically meet with clientele to best understand the vision they have for the upcoming event. This both allows me a chance to get to know them and a better understanding of cost analysis based on their needs. It is only through thorough planning that we can guarantee a fun and carefree event.
