Very responsive when we needed GE Advantium microwave door latch repaired. It was done on same day of request, which was very important to us! They had the required part vs. having to order. Although it ended being an issue I fixed myself, Ernest still spent and hour going over things to make sure it wasn't something else. (I did not have the water filter screwed in tightly enough.) Even though he didn't "fix" anything, I still felt the charge was worth his time and knowledge in looking everything over. I will definitely use them again if needed.
