- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are fairly close to standard market prices. Although some jobs dictate the price being higher or lower. For All jobs we also offer a just labor price for people who want to provide their own material.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Eyes on Job - It is important that we both meet the customer and look at job before commiting. Both contractor and customer need to feel comfortable that the agreement is going to be worth the investment. 2) Signed Contract - Next there is always a written agreement between contractor and customer 3) Date - Set a date that both parties are ok with. (outdoor weather permitting) 4) Payment - Payment is always due in form agreed when the job is completed to standard.
