- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My numbers are solid. Never at any point will I come back to the homeowner/client and tell them “I made a mistake, I need more money.” The only exception would be a situation where there are unknown variables and the client would be made aware of this up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually a new customer will contact me with a project then we agree on a time to meet and go over their ideas and expectations. I’ll assess the work that needs to be performed, what materials are needed, and a estimate of how long it will take. Getting back to the customer in a timely manner is always a priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in business management. As well as extensive “ on the job “ training and experience.
