FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initial consultations are always complementary. Short term commitments are available to see if we’re a good fit. We accept Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts for personal training & wellness coaching.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New training clients begin with a comprehensive fitness evaluation. This allows us to test current strengths and review areas for improvement, so that I am able to design a personalized program to reach your specific goals in the safest way possible. Following the evaluation, we decide the best approach for your needs and availability. The majority of my clients opt to train in-person in my private studio, 2-3 times/week. On occasion, clients opt to train on their own and schedule monthly sessions for a new training plan. Many do a combination of both face-to-face training sessions and some training on their own, which is ideal. Ultimately, to goal is to build a new lifestyle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters of science degree in exercise physiology from The University of Louisville. I am a Wellcoaches Certified Professional Health & Wellness Coach & one of 1100 Board Certified Health Wellness Coaches in the country (2017).
