- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we would first like to meet you hear some ideas and create that memorable event. Depending on the budget I like to create some menus around that to give the guest a choice and an opportunity to play a part in bringing their vision to life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my culinary degree in New Orleans. I have helped open several bars/restaurants in the greater new Orleans area. I have trained in and extensive array of cuisine. there aren't to many regions that Chef King can't conform to.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
a potential guest should know their budget, at least have an idea of theme. Something to give the caterer to fed on to bring that event to life. "We are not dream creators but we are the reality to bri g that dream to life"
