Arturo came out same day to assess possible damage to a section of subfloor in my home. When he saw there was no apparent damage, he informed me there was nothing to fix and didn’t charge me a dime. He came back a few days later because my wife felt better replacing the boards anyway. He was out immediately and took care of it in time for our carpet installation.
