- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size, scope, and materials required for each project. We provide honest, upfront estimates with no hidden fees. Small repairs and service calls may have a minimum charge, while larger projects are priced individually. Discounts may be available for multiple projects or repeat customers. We’re happy to discuss your project and provide a free estimate whenever possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process simple from start to finish. First, we talk with you about your project, needs, and goals. We then assess the work and provide a clear estimate based on the scope of the project. Once you approve the estimate, we schedule a convenient time to get started. We keep you informed throughout the job, complete the work with quality and attention to detail, and make sure you’re satisfied before we wrap things up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 11 years of hands-on experience in the construction and trades industry, including completing independent projects and small jobs in Owensboro, Kentucky. I am OSHA certified and hold a Carpentry Certification from Owensboro Technical and Community College. I also have professional experience as a Foreman and Project Engineer for an industrial company, giving me both hands-on trade knowledge and experience managing projects, crews, safety, and quality. My goal is to bring that experience and attention to detail to every project I take on.
