That their work has been consistently strong is only half the reason I recommend this company. What really sets them apart for me is their professionalism, their responsiveness, their attention to detail, and their commitment to ensuring the job is done satisfactorily. They're definitely the easist contractors I've ever hired. These are contractors who understand the importance of customer service and customer satisfaction. They show up on time, make sure you're in agreement on what's going to be done, suggest ways to save money, do the job well, and come back promptly if anything's less than perfect.

I have used Cougar Construction on several general contracting jobs. The most recent was fixing/repairing some issues with my basement in a new bought house.
Eric was quick to respond to my request, gave me a thorough understanding of the problem, laid out the actions to correct the issue, itemized labor and materials, and completed the work in a timely manner. Eric and his supporting team were efficient and cleaned up after them selves. Work was completed in a timely manner. I will use Cougar Construction for my future needs
