Chris at Ferrer Construction and his team were extremely responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout our initial discussions. I was considering hiring them to convert a commercial retail space into a residential unit, which would have involved installing a new kitchen, converting an existing restroom into a full bathroom with a shower, installing new flooring, and completing other renovations.
Unfortunately, due to ongoing insurance issues and the uncertainty surrounding the project, I wasn't able to move forward with the renovation. As a result, I can't comment on the quality of their construction work. However, based on my experience during the planning stage, they were prompt in answering questions, accommodating, and very responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again for future projects.

I couldn’t be happier with the work Ferrer Construction did on my home! They removed a load-bearing wall and replaced it with a beautiful structural beam, then finished everything perfectly with drywall.
