CONSUMER WARNING LOST $3100 DO NOT WORK WITH ASAP In September 13th of 2014 we entered into a contract with ASAP Home exteriors to have our siding replaced we were promised that the work would be performed within about 3 weeks of the signing of the contract. Shortly thereafter our home was measured and we were promised that the work would be performed promptly. In November of 2014 we were called by ASAP and were told that the siding would be installed in 2 weeks. 2 weeks after we were told that the siding would be installed in 2 additional weeks. In December 2014 we were promised that the siding would be installed in another 2 weeks. By January 2015 we were told that the siding would absolutely be installed in another 2 weeks. By February 2015 the calls stopped entirely. In March 2015 I spoke with the owner directly he reviewed my case and promised performance within the month of March or he would refund the deposit of $3100. ASAP failed to perform in March. In April I contacted the company again and was promised that they would call back with confirmation of the refund. ASAP did not attempt to call me. In May 2015 I personally visited the location and spoke face to face with a representative (Rob). He promised to send a check within 10 business days refunding the amount. No refund check arrived. I called again I contacted ASAP again on May 28 a week after the check was promised to arrive, and again they promised to send a check due to arrive in another 10 days. No check arrived this time either. In June 2015 I have spoken to the owner and he promised to review the information and call back. Asap did not return my call. I have since called Asap Nearly every day for the month of June. So far ASAP has not answered the phone during business hours and I suspect that they are now avoiding my calls entirely. It is now July 2015, 9 months after entering into a contract with ASAP and 3 months after I was promised a refund. No performance on the contract. No answering of the phone. No return calls. No refund checks. I decided to do business with ASAP based off of the positive BBB rating. (which is now no longer positive) However ASAP is still withholding the $3100 that I paid on September 15th 2014 with no resolution in sight.
