We take all claims of nonpayment seriously, as our reputation is built on transparency and fair business practices. In this case, the subcontractor was paid multiple deposits up front, which covered the work performed. The issue arose when additional payment was demanded for incomplete work that did not meet agreed terms or timelines. Tryumf Home Services has worked with many contractors over the years who continue to be paid promptly and enjoy successful partnerships with us. We will not engage in misleading or false statements but will always protect the integrity of our company and our customers. At Tryumf Home Services, we are committed to professionalism and transparency in all of our business relationships. Unfortunately, not every working relationship is a good fit, and in this case, we made the decision to discontinue our partnership. The deposits you received prior to beginning work were more than sufficient to cover the scope you completed compared to what was left unfinished. Our long-standing subcontractors, many of whom we have worked with for years, do not share your experience and continue to partner with us successfully. While we appreciate the contributions you made on past projects, our decision was based on your refusal to continue work without requesting additional, unearned payments, missed timelines, and the use of unprofessional language. Most concerning are your recent actions in contacting our customers directly in an attempt to damage our reputation. That conduct is unacceptable and only further validates our decision to move on. We wish you the best, but stand by our position that ending this relationship was in the best interest of our clients and our company.
