I’ve been in business for myself since 2013 and have worked in the industry since I exited the US Army in 1994. I had an account on here before with a 4.8 star out of 5 average with over 75 reviews and was top pro in 2017 but it got lost so I had to start over with a new account. Customer satisfaction is my number one priority and I will not accept payment until you as a customer is 100 percent satisfied with my work I’ve done for you. I will not ask for money up front unless the materials cost more than $100 and then I will ask for a material Advance or have you go with me and pay for the materials yourself. My prices are very reasonable and competitive and I will work with you if the cost is more than your budget will allow at moment. This is how I make my living and not a hobby or side job so I take it very seriously and will not do anything that will damage my reputation as a top notch handyman. I like the smaller jobs that only take one person as I work alone and try to complete the job the same day I bid on it if possible.
