- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
80 trip charge and 65 an hour after that. I can provide single job flat estimates as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Contact client for initial review 2) meet for estimate if one can not be provided over phone/email 3) collect project requests, goals along with start and end dates 4) provide written formal estimate 5) begin work 6) complete job 7) contact customer at least 1 time a week for first month to address any concerns if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Project management and customer service skills are my most unique skills that apply to this line of work.
