- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing may be hourly or for total job depending on project type. Supplies cost will be factored in separate in most cases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Messaging/texting to work out details of the job, cost, and dates. I strive to work within your needs and budget and get the job done correctly. I keep the customer informed, and provide before and after pictures when dealing with remote clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have business education and years of experience maintaining and improving property.
