Pro had the knowledge and skills to complete work. Took old materials away for disposal. Cleaned things fairly well. I did need to go over things to clean up just a little bit more. Work was completed just a few days after estimate was given. Had previously contacted another handiman 2 months ago, and work still had not been scheduled.

Our experience with Handyman Connection was excellent from start to finish. We requested quotes for two projects, replacing our front door and rebuilding our deck stairs and replacing support beam. The quotes arrived quickly, were fairly priced, and came with clear explanations of the work and costs involved.The office staff was responsive and helpful when I had questions about materials before the project date. On the day of our scheduled work, Home Depot delivered the wrong front door, but our handyman Jeremy pivoted like a pro. While waiting on the correct door, he and his helper rebuilt our deck stairs and replaced a cracked beam, fixing the poor workmanship from a previous contractor. Additionally, Jeremy went above and beyond, returning the door to Home Depot and ensuring the correct door was ordered and scheduled for delivery.The work was completed on time and within budget. The space was cleaned immaculately before they left. Jeremy and his helper were very professional and I am very pleased to have found contractors who communicate well, arrive on time, complete the work and are respectful. I will be calling them again when it is time for additional work around my house.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our minimum for all projects is $215. For projects over $2500 we do offer financing with a 10% service charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After discussing the details of your project, we'll give you a free in person estimate. We do require a 50% deposit on projects that do require materials. On labor only projects we require a 10% deposit. With remodel projects we require 30% down with progress payments.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA in strategic management. We are lead certified and have both a licensed plumber and electrician on call.
