Updating my previous 1-star review: After posting, the owner personally reached out and called me to explain the situation. It turned out there was an honest scheduling mix-up, and I appreciate him taking the time to address my concerns directly.
While the communication issue was frustrating at the time, I respect the professionalism, honesty, and prompt response in trying to make things right. Although this review does not reflect receiving actual services, it does reflect the integrity and honest communication he brings to his team and business.
I ultimately chose another company for my project, but based on this experience, I would not hesitate to consider Handyman in the future.

Pro had the knowledge and skills to complete work. Took old materials away for disposal. Cleaned things fairly well. I did need to go over things to clean up just a little bit more. Work was completed just a few days after estimate was given. Had previously contacted another handiman 2 months ago, and work still had not been scheduled.

Handyman connection did an excellent job repairing a fence. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism. However, a large stain was left on my porch from the fence stain. I asked several times for them to clean it, to try to remove the stain. I was told they would do so. However, that was months ago and the large stain is still there on the concrete. I tried to clean it myself, but it's still there. I'm disappointed that Handyman connection disappeared and did not attend to or follow-up with this problem.

This company did an amazing job with my projects. Curtis was so efficient, professional and friendly while completing my projects for me. I highly recommend using this business for your project needs. He removed drapery and filled in holes in drywall, rehung the drapery and hung art and mirrors also.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our minimum for all projects is $200. For projects over $2500 we do offer financing with a 10% service charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After discussing the details of your project, we'll give you a free in person estimate. We do require a 50% deposit on projects that do require materials.
On labor only projects we require a 10% deposit.
With remodel projects we require 30% down with progress payments.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA in strategic management. We are lead certified and have both a licensed plumber and electrician on call.
