Mark has helped me on three separate occasions. I would have been lost without his assistance and knowledge. Owning an older home comes with its cons. One day I woke up to my kitchen sink leaking. I called Mark and he came the same day and fixed the leak. On another occasion, a part of my closet collapsed. I called Mark over and he quickly analyzed and saw my rods were the issue and fixed them. More recently, my garage door was not closing. I panicked and called Mark. He asked me to FaceTime him as he said it was a quick fix. He showed me how to align my garage sensors so my garage would close again.
