My specialty is problem-solving based on years of manufacturing experience, which is reflected by the quality of work performed and pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I often start with an email request or text message, discovering the person's needs or wants and walking through questions leading to a statement of work. I then speak with the Customer by phone to confirm job expectations, followed by an estimate, potentially a work order, and job completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked a full career in automotive manufacturing, from tool and die to engineering, from supervision to management, all the while working on cars, appliances, anything mechanical, as well as building, remodeling, and repairing homes. It has all prepared me to launch a property maintenance service, utilizing all my skills and experiences to better the needs of the greater Louisville area.
