- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With any new customer, good rapport and communication is very important. I will guide you through the selection process of what type of flooring you are interested in, depending on the room being remodeled. I will provide a wide range of samples, dates of availability in product and timely scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Engineering: I worked for an engineering company for 17 years Doing road and bridge design. Doing that has helped me better understand a well thought out plan and making the best decision for any project. Construction: At an early age I have always been in some kind of work doing remodel and building. From 15 to 18 for summers I traveled building cabins in Gatlinburg Tennessee, bleacher seats at stadiums in several states, and various hands-on skills learned through the years by some of the best professionals I have ever known. Hazmat certified: Training in various Spills and clean up Jefferson county sheriffs office: Since 2014 I have been with the sheriffs reserve unit , giving back to my Community
