- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My continuing education is going out to various Restaurants to make sure I'm keeping up. I also have a friend who is a chef that teaches culinary. She keeps up and passes it to me.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have mostly been doing home cooking. Good old hearty meals. I think this winter alot people have been under the weather.
