She did not do a detailed cleaning like promised in her proposal. She did not clean well at all. I asked her to either refund my money or to come back and clean according to what we agreed upon. And she sent me an email stating that she felt like age earned what I paid her. I paid for her gas to travel and gave her a $20 tip because I was busy and did not inspect her work before she left. I was Very dissatisfied with her service. And also she cramed my washing machine so full of laundry that the washing machine was off balance every load. And she did not sort anything. She washed whites with darks and towels with my $100 sweaters. And got lint balls all over them. They were ruined and she also ruined any of my under garments that she washed on heavy soil cycles when they are obviously Expensive delicates. All ruined. I could not be more upset or less satisfied with the service she provided.

sorry I never offered it will finish the laundry I offered him four hours of work cleaning and was very frank in message 4 hours of work and I put everything needed for cleaning and went to his house and work five hours and that's it the why not offer laundry to avoid these problems

Cristina was very efficient in their work did much more than what we asked and the price was very affordable and my wife recommended it to all your friends recommend them clean the oven and leave as new and not to mention the floors were bright was Wonderful
