FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard pricing. Everyone wants different or has different sized homes. Some clients want extras sometimes, (inside/outside of all windows, closets, carpet cleaning) some may not want whole house cleaned. Some may want once or twice weekly , some may want once per month...It really depends on client and i am willing to negotiate or do wats needed to please clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet and go over things before the actual cleaning day. This will give a better idea of exactly what customer wants and they get to meet me before letting me loose in their homes. I am a very personable person, so i have no problems talking or asking/answering questions. Most of my clients end up treating me as family as well as me treating them as family also..I advise customer if there is ANYTHING that i didnt do that didnt meet their expectations or something that they may have wanted done differently, to PLEASE let me know and it will be taken care of. (havent had too many bad reviews at all) i always try to achieve over and above and clean every inch...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive had family in the business since before i was born and i was a single mother living in a state where i knew no one and i needed a job that would coincide with my childrens schedules. Worked out perfect! Those babies have since graduated college and have families of their own. I have also volunteered for many years feeding and clothing homeless or poverty stricken areas with the church which involved setting up, working at whichever function, then cleaning up. Additional experience includes my family owns rental properties and also their business properties, and guess who they always hired to clean and prep for new tenants? I cleaned their office buildings for extra money when i was very young and still continue to do so.
