This person made very clear arrangements to clean my house today at a specified time. She never showed and didn’t let me know. I needed someone to come today because I have company coming this week. I have been burned over and over again by people that I try to hire to do jobs like this, it is so important to me to have someone reliable and dependable and yet it is so difficult for me to find that. I don’t understand. I’m very flexible and kind if people just communicate with me.
