- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is subject to change!!!... for the good. What is listed is not LAW. If I come out and look at it I can determine it could be cheaper but never more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Treat the customer like that want to be treated. Respect is a BIG thing with me. I introduce myself, remain professional and polite at all times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Business Mgt. and a few more others but most importantly that's the main one.
