- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It all depends on what type of job it is. Size matters as well depending on how much square foot the job is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step I do is before starting on any job, I always present to my customers a detailed list of what I will be doing and the approximate time it would take to finish the job. I also present to each of my new customer reccomendation cards of my past customers.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone that knows what they're doing and assures that the job is done clean, neat, and right.
