Jorge and his team were able to come out the day that I made a request for a quot. They made it a point to start within the time frame I was needing everything done. They were detail oriented on explaining what their steps would be and delivered on all of their promises. They were very professional and kind and I would recommend them as well as will use them for future painting needs.

Details: Home • Two stories • One part of building • 500 - 1,000 sq ft • Wood • Yes, I will supply the paint to the professional • No visible exterior damage

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All of our estimates are free and we usually offer a 10% discount to first-time customers. Our pricing is always based on the work amount and the supplies (whether the paint and supplies are given or if it is in our hands).

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We first will come out to your project site and do a free estimate. If the customer is unavailable to do so, they can send us the square footage as well as pictures. After doing an estimate we send a quote within the next day. We then go on and communicate with the customer to see if they are wanting to do the project and what days work with them. We then set the schedule in place and give the customer an overview of what will be happening during the days of the labor. As the project is in process, we make sure to communicate with the customer about what is happening day by day. After the project is done we do a walkthrough to make sure the project is complete to the customer's standards.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our employees are all trained based on their position. The team leads are trained to be the backbone of each team in each state. The painters are trained by the owner of our company to ensure projects are done to qualifying standard. Our project/manager is trained to be helpful to all our customers and answer all questions as well as keep the company on track with scheduling as well as the payments.
